San Salvador, August 23, 2024 — On Tuesday, the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) made a significant contribution to the United Nations World Food Program (WFP) by delivering 100 tons of dates to the Republic of El Salvador. The handover took place at the Foreign Affairs Ministry in San Salvador and was attended by prominent figures, including Abdullah Al-Saqr, the representative of the Saudi embassy in the United Mexican States and non-resident ambassador to El Salvador; Salvadoran Minister of Education Jose Mauricio Pineda; Director of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Office of International Relations Willian Alexander Deleon Flores; and Riaz Lodhi, the WFP representative and country director in El Salvador.
