Saudi relief aircraft successfully landed in Turkey

Riyadh, August 07, 2023, Yesterday, the 19th Saudi relief aircraft successfully landed in Gaziantep, the Republic of Turkey. This aircraft transported a significant quantity—over 27 tons—of medical equipment and supplies. The aircraft was deployed in accordance with the instructions of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister.

The recent aid shipment is a component of the Saudi relief airlift program managed by the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief). Its purpose is to provide assistance to the individuals affected by the February earthquake in Syria and Turkey. This initiative exemplifies the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's commitment to humanitarian efforts.
