On June 14, 2024, in Conakry, the Riyadh-based King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) delivered 25 tons of dates to the World Food Programme (WFP) office in the Republic of Guinea in the presence of the Saudi Ambassador to the Republic of Guinea, Dr. Fahd bin Eid Al-Rashidi, and KSrelief representatives at the WFP's headquarters in the capital, Conakry. Yesterday was the day that Hyoung-Joon Lim, the World Food Programme delegate in Conakry, formally accepted the package. We regard the donation the Kingdom is making to the World Food Programme, which will distribute it to various nations, as a portion of the total donation. This is a component of the programs that the government of the Kingdom provides to a number of countries that are friendly and loyal to the Kingdom in order to assist the most impoverished households in different regions of the continent.
