3,500 Tons of Dates Delivered to Buraidah Dates Carnival in First Week


In its first week of operation, the Buraidah Dates Carnival received nearly 3.5 million kilograms (3,500 tons) of dates.


To get the dates to the carnival, about 6,940 cars were utilized.


To support the event, one million three-kilogram date bundles were made available.


"Qassim, August 10, 2024." The Buraidah Dates Carnival received around 3.5 million kilograms, or 3,500 tons, of dates in its first week of operation. The event was supported by one million three-kilogram date packets and over 6,940 cars that hauled dates.The Buraidah Dates Carnival Secretary-General, Dr. Khaled Al-Naqeedan, has attested to the fact that the carnival was a great success in showcasing the remarkable quality and creative marketing of Qassim dates, which helped them gain more traction throughout the Kingdom and the Gulf.He said that the organizing committees are ready to handle the surge in business activity that is expected to occur during the following few days. The carnival offers a large selection of premium dates for sale, with Sukkari dates showing to be especially popular with patrons.
