Nasib Border Crossing, January 27, 2025 – In a significant step towards alleviating the ongoing humanitarian crisis in Syria, a convoy of 54 Saudi relief trucks crossed the Nasib Border Crossing into the Syrian Arab Republic today. This effort is part of the ongoing Saudi humanitarian land bridge operation, spearheaded by the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief), which has been providing much-needed assistance to the Syrian people since the onset of the crisis.

The trucks, carrying vital supplies such as food, shelter materials, and medical aid, aim to provide immediate relief to those affected by the devastating conflict. These essential goods are part of Saudi Arabia’s continued commitment to supporting its brotherly nations in their time of need, ensuring that the most vulnerable populations receive timely assistance.

This latest convoy brings the total number of relief trucks sent by Saudi Arabia to Syria to 114, further strengthening the Kingdom's dedication to humanitarian efforts in the region. In addition to the land shipments, 13 relief planes have also arrived at Damascus International Airport, delivering more aid to the Syrian people. These efforts are in line with Saudi Arabia's broader mission to provide both immediate relief and long-term assistance to those affected by disasters and conflicts.

The support provided by KSrelief is a testament to Saudi Arabia’s unwavering commitment to humanitarian action, embodying the spirit of solidarity and brotherhood. As the Kingdom continues to respond to the evolving needs of the Syrian people, the relief operation highlights the importance of international cooperation and the vital role of humanitarian aid in times of crisis. Through this ongoing initiative, Saudi Arabia remains at the forefront of efforts to bring hope, relief, and support to those suffering in Syria.
