A 5.1-magnitude earthquake hit Baicheng county in Xinjiang, China, on Monday

Beijing, April 08, 2024, On Monday at 4:47 am, a 5.1-magnitude earthquake shook Baicheng county in the Aksu prefecture of northwest China's Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. The China Earthquake Networks Center provided details, citing the epicenter at 41.93 degrees north latitude and 82.07 degrees east longitude, with a depth of 18 km.
