A fourth Saudi relief plane carrying vital aid supplies departs for Syria.

Fourth Relief Flight from Saudi Arabia: The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) sent its fourth relief plane from King Khalid International Airport to Damascus, carrying essential food, shelter, and medical supplies for Syria.

Riyadh, January 4, 2025 – In a continued effort to provide humanitarian aid to the people of Syria, the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) launched its fourth relief flight today, departing from King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh. The flight is en route to Damascus International Airport, carrying essential supplies to assist the Syrian population during their ongoing humanitarian crisis.

The cargo aboard this flight includes crucial food, shelter, and medical supplies, all of which are vital to alleviating the suffering of Syrian civilians. The assistance is part of Saudi Arabia's ongoing commitment to supporting Syria’s people, particularly in light of the devastating impacts of the prolonged conflict. This relief mission reaffirms Saudi Arabia's unwavering dedication to providing emergency aid and addressing the critical needs of vulnerable populations in Syria.

KSrelief, one of the Kingdom’s premier humanitarian agencies, has long been a cornerstone of Saudi Arabia’s international aid efforts, providing vital assistance to regions in crisis. This flight marks the continuation of a broader program designed to bring much-needed relief to millions of Syrians who have been displaced and affected by years of conflict. The supplies sent today are part of a larger commitment to ensuring that basic necessities—such as food, medical care, and shelter—reach those who need them most in the hardest-hit areas of Syria.

Saudi Arabia has consistently shown solidarity with the Syrian people, working with international partners to address the humanitarian needs exacerbated by the conflict. The Kingdom’s humanitarian initiatives, led by KSrelief, emphasize the importance of supporting affected populations with dignity and compassion, regardless of the political complexities surrounding the crisis.

As the relief mission progresses, KSrelief remains committed to its objective of easing the suffering of Syrians and fostering long-term recovery. This latest delivery, following a series of similar flights, serves as a reminder of Saudi Arabia's critical role in providing humanitarian aid and reaffirming its support for Syria's people during their most challenging times.
