RIYADH, March 28, 2025 – Prince Abdullah bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz, Minister of the Saudi Arabian National Guard, presented the Knight Medal of the International Civil Defence Organization (ICDO) to Maj. Gen. Saleh bin Abdulrahman Al-Harbi, acting representative of the National Guard.
The Knight Medal is a distinguished award granted by the ICDO to recognize exceptional service and significant contributions to advancing global civil defense efforts.
