Al-Baha, September 10, 2023, Al-Baha Region's mountainous and flat terrain has been turned into a breathtakingly beautiful, endlessly green natural environment. The heavy rains that have recently covered the majority of the region's governorates have had an impact on these changes. The rain has helped the area become heavily vegetated, and it has caused spring streams to flow and beautiful waterfalls to form, enticing tourists and admirers of lovely nature. The expansion of the region's vegetation cover and irrigation in this area is mostly attributed to these intense monsoon rains. Due to these circumstances, the area has developed into one of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's largest native forests. Perennial trees like juniper, wild olive, acacia tortilis, sidr, and acacia are abundant in these woodlands.
