Al-Baha, March 23, 2025 – Recent heavy rains have transformed Al-Baha Region into a vibrant green landscape, turning its mountains and valleys into a stunning natural display of beauty and vitality.
The region, known for its gentle winds and striking elevations, is now rich with wild flora and trees, their leaves gleaming in the sunlight, creating an enchanting glow. An emerald carpet of herbs covers the slopes, and the air, filled with the fragrance of blossoms, offers a sense of tranquility.
To highlight the importance of Saudi Arabia's forests, the National Center for Vegetation Cover Development and Combating Desertification (NCVC) will launch an awareness campaign tomorrow, in conjunction with the International Day of Forests on March 21, 2025, focusing on forests' role in ecology and climate.
