This warehouse, spanning an estimated 10,584.43 square meters, is located in the Al-Khomrah area of Jeddah and is owned by Al-Jazira REIT. The lease contract has been renewed with the esteemed client Astra company for a period of three years. In a recent development, the rental details for the lessee have been unveiled.
