Al-Khaleej Training and Education Company and Al-Awael Gulf Holding Company in Riyadh have signed a non-binding memorandum of understanding to discuss the possibility of Al-Khaleej Training and Education Company eventually purchasing 70% of the ownership shares of Al-Awael Private Schools Company, which is wholly owned by Awael Gulf Holding Company in Riyadh.
