On January 25, 2024, the Al-Sagr Cooperative Insurance Company Board of Directors decided to approve a change to the organizational structure of the company and to designate Dr. Yasser Al-Harbi as a Managing Director, endowing him with all the executive authority required to oversee Al-Sagr Cooperative Insurance Company as of this date.
