Doha, February 27, 2024, Minister of Communications and Information Technology, Eng. Abdullah bin Amer Al-Swaha, convened today in Doha with his Qatari counterpart, Minister Mohammed Al-Mannai, to explore avenues for bolstering the strategic collaboration between their respective nations in the domains of digital governance and digital economy. Emphasis was also placed on enhancing the innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem, aligning with the objectives of the Saudi-Qatari Coordination Council aimed at fortifying the partnership between the two brotherly countries.
The meeting saw the participation of key leaders from national technology firms specializing in various sectors including business, digital transformation, and digital health solutions, among others. Discussions centered on fostering synergies and leveraging expertise to drive forward advancements in the digital landscape, thereby contributing to the mutual growth and prosperity of both nations.
