Makkah, May 12, 2024, Al-Zamazima Company has initiated a series of training courses and workshops to improve the efficiency of all administrative and operational services provided to pilgrims during the Hajj season of 1445 AH.
These programs will take place at pilgrim reception areas, guidance booths, and tafweej (group dispatch) sites at the entrances and exits of Makkah City, as well as at the company's automated filling center in Al Waseeq area.
Company Managing Director and board member Dr. Yasser Shosho, in a statement, emphasized the significance of these workshops to improving the quality of services during the Hajj season.
