In light of the announcement made by Alandalus Property Co. on the Tadawul website dated 18/02/1445 corresponding to 03/09/2023 regarding the acquisition of an office tower situated in Riyadh, fully owned by the company, Alandalus Property Co. has revealed the formalization of a lease agreement for the Yasmine Alandalus office building with the Expenditure & Projects Efficiency Authority.
