AlUla, January 31, 2025 – British explorer and television presenter Alice Morrison has reached a significant milestone in her groundbreaking journey to traverse Saudi Arabia on foot, arriving in the historic city of AlUla. This marks the halfway point of the first phase of her ambitious five-month expedition, which began on January 1. Over the course of her journey, Morrison will cover an impressive 2,500 kilometers, navigating Saudi Arabia's diverse landscapes, including vast deserts, lush oases, and towering mountains, with the guidance of local camel herders.


AlUla, with its rich history and stunning natural beauty, serves as a pivotal stop on Morrison’s route. During her visit, she took time to explore the ancient AlUla Old Town, immersing herself in the city’s historical alleys and uncovering the captivating stories that have shaped the region for centuries.
