- Horizon Food submitted its 2024 Board Report in line with governance and listing regulations for transition to the Main Market.

April 5, 2025 – With reference to the announcement by Horizon Food Company dated 5/10/1446 AH (corresponding to 03/04/2025 AD) concerning the Board of Directors’ resolution to approve the company’s transition to the Main Market in line with the Listing Rules,

the company hereby announces the submission of the Board of Directors’ Report for the year 2024 AD.

The report contains all required information in accordance with the applicable executive regulations and has been prepared in compliance with the Corporate Governance Regulations.
