AlUla, January 14, 2025 – Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis of the Hellenic Republic and his accompanying delegation concluded their official visit to Saudi Arabia on Monday, departing from AlUla. The visit marked a significant chapter in the growing diplomatic and economic relations between Saudi Arabia and Greece, further solidifying the two nations’ strategic partnership.


As the delegation prepared to leave, they were seen off at AlUla International Airport by a distinguished group of Saudi officials, including Prince Salman bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz, Governor of the Madinah Region, and Minister of Commerce Majid Al-Kassabi. Several other senior officials from both the Saudi and Greek sides were also present to bid farewell to the Prime Minister and his delegation, emphasizing the warm diplomatic ties shared between the two countries.


The visit, which included high-level meetings and discussions, centered around enhancing bilateral cooperation in various fields such as trade, investment, tourism, and cultural exchange. It also served to reinforce the strong and growing relationship between Saudi Arabia and Greece, paving the way for future collaborations in several strategic sectors.
