Cairo, October 01, 2023, At the headquarters of the Secretariat General of the Arab League (AL), the Arab Ministerial Council for Electricity (AMCE) held its special session today. A delegation from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which was sent by the energy ministry, was present. The two electricity agreements of the Arab Common Market were approved by the AMCE at the conclusion of the meeting. As a first step toward implementation, they presented these accords to the Economic and Social Council and the AL Council at the level of the foreign ministers.
