Riyadh, January 13, 2024, Saudi Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources, Bandar Ibrahim Alkhorayef, emphasized the Kingdom's significant role in addressing global challenges, particularly in supply chains and capacity building, during its participation in the World Economic Forum (WEF) annual meeting 2024 in Davos, Switzerland. Alkhorayef highlighted the alignment of Saudi Vision 2030 with global issues such as climate change and sustainable development. He expressed the Kingdom's commitment to economic diversification through investments in industries based on Fourth Industrial Revolution technologies. The minister also stressed the importance of international partnerships in addressing contemporary challenges in food, water, energy, and sustainable global supply chains.
