NEOM, September 12, 2023, Crown Prince and Prime Minister His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud issued a cable of condolences to Dr. Mohamed Younis Al-Menfi, head of the Libyan Presidential Council, regarding the storm victims in Derna City.
I received the news of the storm that hit Derna City and the ensuing fatalities, injuries, and missing persons," remarked HRH the Crown Prince. I offer my profound condolences and sympathies to Your Excellency and the families of the deceased, and I sincerely pray that Allah (SWT) will have mercy on the deceased and bring the missing people home safely. I wish everyone who was hurt a quick recovery.
