In the season of Hajj this year, the SRCA's Operations Center in the Holy Sites has been receiving requests for ambulance service via the "Tawakkalna" application, thus facilitating rapid response to emergencies.

 This service enables the beneficiaries of the SRCA to receive prompt responses to their requests for emergency services through the "Tawakkalna" application that is included in "SDAIA", which is the comprehensive national application of the country.

Ever since the start of the Hajj season this year, reports seeking ambulance aid using the "Tawakkalna" application have been arriving at the SRCA's Operations Centre at the Holy Sites. This has let the SRCA's paramedics react right away to any possible emergency.
