April 5, 2025 – Original copies of the nomination applications, supporting documents, and Capital Market Authority forms must be submitted before the end of the nomination period stated in the announcement, addressed to the Secretary of the Board of Directors via:

The nomination process will adhere to the rules governing Board of Directors membership as outlined in the Companies Law, the Corporate Governance Regulations issued by the Capital Market Authority, the Company’s Articles of Association, and the Standard Policy for Board of Directors Membership (attached).
Candidates must submit the following during the specified nomination period:
Fulfillment of the general criteria for Board membership and the nomination conditions defined in the Standard Policy for Board of Directors Membership (attached).
Completion of the candidacy application form within the announced period, along with all necessary documents (attached).
Submission of a signed copy of CV Form No. (3) for candidates seeking membership in the Board of a Joint Stock Company, as issued by the Capital Market Authority (attached).
Submission of CV Form No. (1) (attached).
A statement detailing previous memberships on boards and committees in listed or unlisted companies, or in any other companies regardless of legal form.
A clear and valid copy of the national ID for individuals, a family ID copy (for married individuals), a passport copy for non-Saudis, and any additional documentation the Company may require to satisfy regulatory authority obligations.
