In the Al-Ardah sector of the Jazan Region, land patrols conducted by the Border Guard were able to foil an attempt to smuggle 160 kilograms of khat. This event took place on June 23, 2024. The authorities took over the confiscated materials after completing the preliminary statutory procedures.
