Today, the Joint Arab-Islamic Extraordinary Summit's Ministerial Committee, led by Saudi Arabia's Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah, met with Spain's Foreign Minister José Manuel Albares Bueno in Barcelona. The committee, including representatives from Jordan, Egypt, Palestine, Türkiye, and the League of Arab States, discussed the Gaza situation, emphasizing the truce's humanitarian impact, efforts for a lasting ceasefire, and the need for international action. They underscored accountability for Israeli violations, support for a two-state solution, and urged the international community to reject selectivity in applying standards, advocating for protection against crimes in Gaza, the West Bank, and East Jerusalem.
