Cairo, March 27, 2025 – The Arab Parliament condemned the bombing of the town of Koya in the Syrian Arab Republic by Israeli occupation forces, which resulted in casualties and injuries.
In a statement issued today, the parliament stressed that the ongoing attacks, coupled with the international community's inaction, encourage the occupation to continue such violations. These actions blatantly violate Syrian sovereignty and destabilize both Syria and the wider region.
The parliament urged the UN Security Council and key international powers to act by halting these violations and holding Israel accountable for its actions.
The statement also expressed solidarity with the Syrian Arab Republic in the face of these brutal attacks, reaffirming support for Syria's right to defend its security, sovereignty, and territorial integrity, as well as the aspirations of its people for peace and stability.
