Cairo, February 21, 2024, The Arab Parliament has expressed deep regret over the failure to adopt the draft resolution for an immediate ceasefire in the Gaza Strip, submitted by Algeria to the UN Security Council on behalf of Arab countries. The parliament has warned against leaving the situation as it is and emphasized the need for the international community to take urgent measures to stop the genocide facing the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip.
