Cairo, October 01, 2023, Adel bin Abdulrahman Al-Asoumi, Speaker of the Arab Parliament, vehemently denounced the burning of a copy of the Holy Quran in Malmo, Sweden, by an extremist. Al-Asoumi made a statement today in which he cautioned against the risk of repeating such acts, which are indicative of enduring religious hatred and incite the ire of millions of Muslims worldwide. Al-Asoumi urged the world community to take swift action to put an end to these frequent attacks on the Holy Quran, which encourage extremism and violence and are regarded as crimes against Islam, other religions, and mankind.
