Arabian Centres Co. ("Cenomi Centers" or "the company") announced that the third transaction in its effort to sell non-core assets has been successfully completed. The 29,384.90 square meter site, which is situated in the Granada District of Al Ahsa on Prince Miteb Road and is next to King Abdullah Road, was the third to be sold as part of the company's effort to sell a portfolio of non-core assets that has been identified and is estimated to be worth approximately SAR 2 billion.
