Arabian Centres Co. ("Cenomi Centers" or "the company") announces that its dividend policy has been approved (by circulation) by the Board of Directors for one year beginning in Q2 of 2024. The approval was given on Monday, March 25, 2024. The dividend policy is still up for ratification at the upcoming General Assembly Meeting, details of which will be released soon. Maintaining a minimum level of dividend per share every quarter is the aim of the dividend policy.
