Arabian Food and Dairy Factories Company (FADECO) has pleased its shareholders by announcing the opening of nominations for the five open positions on the board of directors. In addition to the board membership standards (attached) approved by the Ordinary General Assembly, the nomination for board membership for the upcoming term shall be in accordance with the provisions contained in the Companies Laws and the Corporate Governance Regulations issued by the Capital Market Authority. The General Assembly will nominate candidates in its upcoming, to be announced later, meeting.
