The Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah, and Guidance, through its branch in the Madinah region, continues to greet Russian pilgrims who have arrived at Yanbu's Prince Abdul Mohsin Regional Airport. The ministry's field staff stationed at the airport provided organizational and advisory services, as well as instructional pamphlets explaining how to perform Umrah and Hajj in a number of different languages. They gave a description of the Rushd program and distributed instructional pamphlets, specifically designed to help pilgrims go through fulfilling their commitments on time with reassurance. The field teams distributed 2,487 booklets, used six guiding screens for pilgrims, and distributed 1,868 instructional leaflets on the Hajj ceremonies. These efforts are a component of the operations provided by a number of major institutions to assist the pilgrims. These operations involve facilitating the pilgrims' entry through the ports to Makkah, Madinah, and the holy places, and guaranteeing the flawless and confident performance of the Hajj rituals.
