Riyadh, January 24, 2024, On the concluding day of the 'Skills for Preparing Media Plans (Takhteet)' training program, Dr. Abdullah bin Ahmed Al-Maghlooth, the Assistant Minister of Media, paid a visit to the Government Communication Center (CGC) located at the ministry's headquarters. During his visit, he conveyed the greetings of Media Minister Salman bin Yousef Al-Dosari to the participants and underscored the significance of specialized training programs in the field of media.
Dr. Al-Maghlooth took the opportunity to review the diverse tracks of the training program, emphasizing the importance of knowledge initiatives that contribute to the cohesion of government media efforts and enhance the efficiency of national plans in their media and communication dimensions.
The CGC successfully concluded the inaugural edition of the program, which saw the participation of 50 media specialists from 30 government agencies over a span of three days. This initiative is part of the center's broader efforts to elevate the effectiveness of the media message across various government sectors, elevate the quality of performance, and bring media competencies to a professional level.
The overarching goal of the program is to empower media specialists, enabling them to effectively contribute to and fulfill their mission of supporting transformative national projects in the media landscape. By enhancing the skills and capabilities of media professionals, the CGC aims to play a pivotal role in advancing the objectives of the government's communication strategies and initiatives.
