Tabuk is the current training camp location for the Saudi U23 triathlon squad. Their preparations for the World Championship in the United Arab Emirates and the Asian Championship in Jordan depend heavily on the success of the training camp. The distances used for Olympic triathlons and sprints are approved by the International Federation, which oversees the sport. A twenty-kilometer bicycle ride, a five-kilometer run, and a seventy-five-meter swim comprise the sprint triathlon. The Olympic triathlon puts racers' endurance and technique to the test by multiplying each of these attributes by two.The squad's intense training in Tabuk will definitely help them become more skilled and build the endurance they'll need to participate in these future international tournaments.
