The Saudi delegation was led by Minister of Health Fahad bin Abdurrahman Al-Jalajel at the beginning of the 77th session of the World Health Assembly (WHA77) at the UN headquarters in Geneva.The World Health Assembly (WHA77), which included health ministers from nations that are members of the World Health Organization (WHO), focused on the theme "All for Health, Health for All.During this Health Assembly, major discussions will be expected from the investment cycle of WHO and the creation of the fourteenth general program of action. Two important issues will be tackled during this meeting by the Intergovernmental Negotiating Body: the working group tasked for the updating of international health laws, and the on-going negotiations for a deal on pandemic preparedness, prevention, and response.
