Bahri Board accepts resignation of Eng. Ibrahim Qassim Albuainain from position

The National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia (Bahri) has announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting on February 1, 2024, has accepted the resignation of Eng. Ibrahim Qassim Albuainain from his position as a member of the Board of Directors. The Board expressed gratitude for Albuainain's contributions to the company and extended their best wishes for his continued success.

Additionally, the announcement includes the appointment of Eng. Ahmed Alkhunaini as the acting Senior Vice President of Sales, Trading, and Supply Planning, effective September 1, 2023. In this role, Eng. Ahmed oversees the global sales of crude oil and liquefied petroleum gas, hydrocarbon supply planning, domestic sales of refined products and feedstock, as well as the global trading of hydrocarbons and chemicals, managed by Aramco Trading Company (ATC), a subsidiary of Saudi Aramco.

It's important to note that the Board's approval for this appointment is pending final approval at the first general assembly meeting.
