Riyadh, KSA, 07 February 2024: Bahri Logistics, a division of Bahri, Saudi Arabia's national shipping company and a global leader in shipping and logistics, has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with GDC Middle East, a company under the Saudi Public Investment Fund (PIF) specializing in aerospace engineering, system solutions, and operational support.
The MoU was signed by Eng. Soror Basalom, President of Bahri Integrated Logistics, and Eng. Muneer Bakhsh, CEO of GDC Middle East, during the World Defense Show 2024 held in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, from February 4 to 8.
The primary objective of the MoU is to establish a mutually beneficial strategic partnership between the two entities and create a framework for collaboration in the field of freight forwarding services by leveraging their respective expertise, capabilities, and resources.
Eng. Soror Basalom, President of Bahri Integrated Logistics, expressed pride in partnering with GDC Middle East, highlighting the significant step toward enhancing their capabilities and providing top-tier freight forwarding services. He emphasized their anticipation of leveraging GDC Middle East's expertise to offer efficient logistics solutions to their esteemed clients worldwide.
