New York, September 19, 2023, In New York City, the digital city platform Balady shared its pioneering experience in digital municipal operations services at the SDG Digital Summit. The International Telecommunication Union (ITU) and the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) organized the event. Through its digital municipal service system, the Saudi platform presented its expertise in providing innovative services to enrich the future of Saudi city dwellers and improve their quality of life and prosperity.
Among 300 regional and international technical initiatives, the Balady platform was chosen to present its experience regarding the obstacles to achieving sustainable development.
The platform exhibited its pioneering efforts in leading urban development and providing innovative municipal services globally in order to exchange global experiences with other participating parties at the event.
