In attendance were the Saudi Minister of Defense, Prince Khalid bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah, and Minister of State, Member of Cabinet, and National Security Adviser Musaed bin Mohammed Al-Aiban. All of these individuals were Saudi nationals. There were a number of Indonesian officials there, such as the Ambassador to Saudi Arabia, Abdul Aziz Ahmad, the Consul General in Jeddah, Yusron Bahauddin Ambary, and the Defense Attaché of Indonesia, Eri Nasuhi.
