Riyadh, September 26, 2023, A team of British lawmakers from the Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU), led by MP Mark Menzies, were received by Dr. Mansour Al-Shammari, the secretary-general of the Global Center for Combating Extremist Ideology (Etidal). Several issues of interest were covered during the reception at Etidal's headquarters in Riyadh, including initiatives to counteract extremist ideas and advance a culture of moderation and tolerance.
