The Buraidah Dates Carnival brought in a total of SAR 28 million during its first week. The Kingdom is among the many international buyers, dealers, and aficionados drawn to the carnival. The occasion boosts the local economy in the area by maybe creating job possibilities and encouraging dating.



"Buraidah, Qassim, August 11, 2024." At the end of the first week of the Buraidah Dates Carnival, SAR 28 million had been raised in total. The second week, when the date harvest in the Qassim region peaks, is when the organizers expect even greater success.


A considerable number of buyers, sellers, and fans from around the globe, including the Kingdom, have been drawn to the carnival. The wide range of dates that are now available and the competitive and stable pricing are partially responsible for the positive reaction.
