In preparation for the next 1445 AH Hajj season, the bus directing center that is responsible for transporting Hajj pilgrims has issued an announcement that it is ready to begin operations. The government has set forth comprehensive procedures to ensure pilgrims have a pleasant experience.According to Abdullah Sindi, the institution's Director General, more than 1,300 guides have received training and are equipped with hundreds of different electronic devices. These items serve to aid pilgrims in their journey from Al Nawariyah to their designated houses.At the Al Nawariyah station, the pilgrims begin their bus journey. When it comes to carrying out the necessary procedures, there are trained national workers who do it efficiently.Sindi emphasized that the center uses cutting-edge technology, such as electronic registration linked to the Hajj and Umrah Information Center, to ensure that pilgrim data is received in a timely and direct manner, enabling the center to provide superior service.After completing the necessary procedures, the buses head to the pilgrims' residences in Makkah. The center's monitoring and control department uses smart devices, monitored and controlled by smart maps, to enhance the pilgrims' journey comfort, in addition to the presence of designated guides. The methodical approach guarantees the buses' prompt arrival at the pilgrims' houses, ensuring their comfort.Sindi expressed gratitude to the Minister of Hajj and Umrah, Dr. Tawfiq bin Fawzan Al-Rabiah, as well as the Vice Minister of Hajj and Umrah, Dr. Abdulfattah bin Sulaiman Mashat, for their aid and guidance.
