The board of directors of Canadian Medical Center Co. has announced that it has decided, as of September 17, 1445, or March 27, 2024, to expand the audit committee from three to four members. Mr. Saad bin Abdulrahman Al-Jammaz, an independent board member, has been appointed to the audit committee. From the decision date until the conclusion of the current board meeting on December 27, 2025, this decision is regarded as effective.
