City Cement Company reports that its subsidiary, Green Solutions for Environmental Services Company, has formed a limited liability company called Innovative Solutions for Environmental Services Company. This company is owned by Tadweer Environmental Services Company, which owns 51% of it; Green Solutions Environmental Services Company, which owns 29.4% of it; and Lechtenberg Midd, which owns 19.6% of it.
