Cityscape Global Exhibition opens with SAR65 billion worth of projects

Riyadh, September 10, 2023, Today marked the opening of the Cityscape Global Exhibition, which featured the debut of numerous projects totaling more than SAR65 billion. The National Housing Company's plan to build new real estate worth SAR 42 billion in the suburbs and villages under their control was one of the significant projects highlighted. A business complex and the Khuzam Sports City were also opened in Khuzam Suburb. As part of SEDRA's upcoming developments, ROSHN and China Harbour established a strategic partnership worth SAR7.7 billion. There has been a presentation of the Boulevard Makkah project by Makkiyoon Urban Developers. It is estimated to be worth SAR6 billion and consists of a million square meters of administrative, commercial, residential, and hotel space. A SAR5 billion project was also started by Retal Agency to build an ultra-luxury resort in Al-Khobar that would be run by the Ritz-Carlton. The King Salman Park Fund also disclosed a SAR4 billion investment for the project's initial land development. In addition to business, hotel, educational, and retail spaces, this venture will feature the building of 1,500 residential apartments in the Salmani architectural style over a space of more than 290,000 square meters. Masar Destination also started a SAR4 billion project to build 18 apartment towers, four hotels, and an office complex.

350 exhibitors will be present throughout the four-day Cityscape Global exhibition. The exhibition features the massive Saudi Vision 2030 projects, significant real estate firms, start-ups, and several illustrious organizations. The ROSHN Hackathon, which started today, complements the exhibition by concentrating on current start-ups and fresh project concepts. The hackathon's winners will be revealed on September 13 during the closing ceremony.
