Riyadh, February 13, 2024, The Ministry of Commerce has unveiled plans to offer online services catering to foreign companies keen on establishing regional headquarters subsequent to securing a license from the Ministry of Investment. These services encompass a spectrum of activities, ranging from the issuance of regional headquarters as a branch of a foreign company to the establishment of a regional headquarters as a foreign entity, along with tasks like issuing, amending, renewing the commercial register, and reserving the commercial name.
In a statement, the ministry underscored that these services will be readily accessible through electronic channels, available for request via the digital platform hosted at e.mc.gov.sa, as well as through the Saudi Business Center's platform accessible at business.sa.
