Riyadh, October 11, 2023, As part of ongoing efforts to streamline procedures for industrial investors and improve the allure of industrial investment in the Kingdom, the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources has announced that the customs exemption service provided to industrial establishments could be obtained within 48 hours. According to the ministry, after receiving the industrial license, raw materials, equipment, or spare parts might be exempt from customs fees through the Senaei Platform. According to the ministry, a current industrial license is necessary, and the license must include information about the formula used to determine the amounts of the elements in relation to the units.
