Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister of Iraq meet with the Foreign Minister of Saudi Arabia

- The meeting also involved studying regional and global events and discussing initiatives to address emerging trends.
- A meeting between the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Saudi Arabia and the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Iraq took place in Lucerne, Switzerland.

The Iraq Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs attended a conference held in Lucerne, Switzerland alongside the Saudi Arabia Minister of Foreign Affairs.



The main focus of the discussion was improving the family relations between the two countries and looking for ways to do it.



The conference also included searching about worldwide and regional incidents as well as discussing projects to reach the new tendencies.





It is June 16, 2024. Today, in Lucerne, Switzerland, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah met the Republic of Iraq's Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dr. Fuad Hussein. On both sides, they discussed topics of brotherly relations and ways of developing and strengthening those relations to the utmost possible extent. In tandem with projects that would serve to make up for those developments, there was study conducted on what was happening both in the local and international environments. The delegation of the Kingdom at the meeting comprised Abdulrahman Al-Dawood, Director General of the Foreign Minister's Office; Dr Adel Mirdad, Saudi Ambassador to Switzerland; and Dr Saud bin Mohammed Al-Sati, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for Political Affairs.
