The MoU, signed by DGDA CEO Jerry Inzerillo and RIPC CEO Eng. Fahad bin Sulaiman Al Badah, outlines cooperation in licensing, inspections, data sharing, and project integration. The goal: ensure seamless coordination, reduce redundancies, and uphold the highest standards of quality and safety for Diriyah’s future residents and millions of annual visitors.
Spanning 14 square kilometers, the Diriyah project will host nearly 100,000 residents, feature over 18,000 residential units, nine museums, a university, and 40+ international hotels.
